The purpose of our School of Excellence is to enhance player development incorporating the principles of Long Term Player Development; this provides individuals with technical, psychological and social knowledge to achieve their full potential.
VISION
To produce scholarship level players, and ultimately Super League and International players.MISSION
Our mission is to provide a pathway for 12-14 year olds that will help to fulfill their potential.
Players will be identified and selected from Elite Rugby Academy training centres and as our success continues,we will strive to ensure that our commitment to players and is to achieve excellence and make sure that everyone involved with the School of excellence performs to the very highest standards.
